(edited from OrlandoSentinel.com) – WESH/WKCF GM Jim Carter, who has guided the NBC affiliate for the last eight years, announced Friday that he will retire this summer.
“It’s been a great run. I’m looking forward to the next part of my life,” said Carter, 66. “It’s been a fun, exciting, terrific 30 years with Hearst.”
Hearst owns the two stations and said Carter’s successor will be announced later.
