Olympian Brooke Bennett joins BHSN…
(from BayNews9.com) – Brooke Bennett, a native of Tampa Bay and one of America’s sports superstars, having earned Olympic gold medals in both the ‘96 Olympics in Atlanta and the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, will become a full time reporter/anchor for Bright House Sports Network on January 1. Bennett will cover an array of high school sports for Bright House Sports Network including volleyball, football, basketball, baseball and of course swimming as both a field reporter and a studio anchor. She understands the demands of high school sports; she began her swimming career as a child in Plant City where she attended Durant High School.
